• Structure: RCC Framed structure based on Architectural/Structural design to suit G+1 floors
• Anti- termite: Anti-termite in 3 stages at foundation stage, ground floor P.C.C stage and before woodwork stage.
• Brick-work: In first class brick work in cement mortar (CM) 1:5 ratio
• Plastering:- a) Internal b) External c) Ceiling 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 ratio 15 - 18mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ratio 6 mm thick in C:M. 1:4ratio
• Painting:- a) Internal b) External c) Ceiling Oil Bound Distemper paint of pleasing colour cement paint of pleasing colour Oil Bound Distemper paint of pleasing colour Flooring: Complete flooring with vetrified ceramic tiles with skirting.
• Dadooing:- a) Kitchen : Granite platform of 20 mm thick, stainless sink with drain board with plain glazed tiles up to 2\'-0\" above platform. R.C.C. slabs for shelves below counter. b) Toilet : Glazed tiles up to a height of 7\'-0\"
• Doors:
• Main doors to be in good quality Teak with Teak veneered flush shutter with Brass hinges and Godrej/ equivalent lock. Door frame size to be 7\'-0\" x3\'-3\"
• Other doors in good quality Padauk wood frames and with Semi-solid flush shutter with both sides commercial ply, finished with synthetic enamel paint. Two tower bolts, door stopper and handles. Lock for bedroom doors.
• All fitting will be in Anodises Aluminum except main & bedroom door handle which shall be in brass & Steel.
• Windows : Good Quality Paduak wood frame and shutters with MS grill and hinges, enamel painted (10 mm square rods weighing 1.5 to 2 kgs per sq ft). Inclusive of pin-headed glass of 4mm thick.
• Ventilators: Paduak wood frames with fixed glazed louvers and MS guard bars in toilets with a provision for exhaust fan in toilet and kitchen.
