• Structure RCC Framed structure with RC Foundation. Anti–termite treatment provided at foundation and at each floor level. Brick walls will be constructed using bricks set in cement mortar. 9” thick brick walls for the outer walls and 41/2 “thick internal partition walls. Ceiling height will be maintained at 9’3” clear.
• Wall Finishes Internal walls will be finished with cement plaster and cement paint. The toilet walls will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles. Kitchen, Balconies and other areas will be finished with cement plaster and cement paint. 2’ above the kitchen platform will be finished with glazed ceramic tiles of suitable size.
• Floor Finishes Ceramic tile flooring will be provided in Kitchen, Bedrooms, Living and Dining areas.
• Doors & Windows Teakwood frame with 45mm thick Branded flush doors and branded locks will be provided. Powder coated aluminium opening type glazed windows will be provided in all rooms. All windows will be provided with MS Grills.
• Kitchen Counter top platform will be finished with 20mm thick granite slabs 2’ wide at a height of 2’9” from the floor level. Provision for fixing an exhaust fan, ceiling fan, refrigerator, mixer, grinder will be provided.
