• Structure: Column Pillar RCC Frame with 9” brick external wall 4’5” brick partition wall. Architect designed as per vaasthu.
• Plastering: Ceiling inner & Outer wall plastering in cement with neat finish.
• Flooring: 2 x 2 white vitrified tiles with 4” skirting.
• Doors: Main door timber wood door and varnish finish, all doors timber designed doors with padaak frame and godrej locks.
• Window: Quality padaak wood with glazed glass shutters.
• Plumbing & Sanitary: Conclead PVC pipe line in bathrooms, PVC Rain Water, Sanitary Waste Line In Ducts, Sewege Line For Under Ground Drainage Bathrooms with Bore Well Water.
• Kitchen: 20mm black granite counter with stainless steel sink with drainboard. Metro water point & Aqua Guard water point will be provided. Glazed tiles upto 2 feet. Exhaust fan provision will be provided.
• Toilet: EWC / IWC white or sanitary work (Hindware / Parryware). Washing point / geyser point / CP fittings one shower points / glazed upto 7” height. Wash basin – 2 No’s(Dinning area / Toilet).
• Painting: Interior & exterior Wall painted with emulsion paints. Grill and- Zink with enamel paint.
• Electrical: 3 Phase power supply with concealed wiring with ISI standard. Anchor switches, Earth leak circuit breaker. The electrical points as per architects drawings.
• Lofts: Concrete lofts will be provided in kitchen and one bedroom (Where ever feasible).
• Finishes: Internal surface shall be finished two coat of patty with acrylic emulsion paint in hall and other room. Exterior surface shall be finished with ace acrylic emulsion.
• Staircase Railing: Hand Railing – MS Grill.
• Rain water: As per CMDA Norms.
• Pest Control: Pre construction / anti termite treatment.
