• R.C.C. Framed Structure. 9” brickwork for Outer walls.

Doors:

• Teak wood frame with Teak wood panel doors for the main Entrance. 1st quality country wood frames with flush shutters for all internal doors [as per Architect’s Design].
  
  Windows:
  
• Country Wood Frame and Glazed shutters with M. S. Grills.

Flooring:

• 24” X 24” Johnson/Equivalent Vitrified Tiles [As per our Architect’s Design]

Kitchen:

• Polished Black Granite 19mm thick for Platform over a RCC slab with edge nosing.
• Stainless steel sink with Drain Board with single bowl.
• Glazed tiles for walls up to 4’-0” above kitchen platform.(As per our Architect Design)
• Necessary open Cupboard as per plan with 19mm thick cudappah slab.
• Open R.C. Loft (Plain)
  
  Bedroom:
  
• Bedrooms shall have a space for built-in open Wardrobe and Open Loft.

Bathroom: The following are the amenities provided in each bathroom-

• Antiskid Ceramic tiles for floors – Johnson/equivalent.
• Glazed tiles for walls up to 7ft. ht. – Johnson/equivalent.
• European water closet with slim line water tank for all bathrooms [Parryware/Equivalent]-WHITE
• CP fittings & Shower
• Wash Basin for all bathrooms[Parryware/Equivalent]-WHITE
• Geyser provision for toilet.

Painting:

• Asian/equivalent Ace Exterior Emulsion for outside walls.
• Asian/equivalent Tractor Emulsion for inside walls.
• Enamel painting for grills, doors & windows.
• French polishing for the main door.

Electrical:

• Concealed wiring using PVC conduits recessed Switch boards with Modular switches, three phase power with independent meter.

Water Supply:

• Overhead Tank and Sump with 14000 Litres Capacity For each Block.

Sanitation:

• All Sanitary waste to be taken through 4” PVC 6kg. Pipe to manhole chambers and then to Septic Tank.
