• STRUCTURE:
• RCC framed structure or any other structure designed and recommended by the Architect / Structural Engineer
• All walls will be of bricks or fly ash bricks or concrete blocks or any other suitable material.
• [B] FLOORING:
• All bedrooms, Living and Dining will be provided with Vitrified tiles. Kitchen, Balcony, Toilet cum bathrooms will have Ceramic tiles.
• [C] WALL TILES:
• Toilet walls will be fixed with suitable size tiles to a height of 7 feet from the finished floor level.
• Kitchen wall above the cooking platform will be fixed with suitable tiles to a height of 2 feet.
• [D] DOORS:
• The main door will be provided with single leaf Masonite door shutter fixed to Teak wood frame. A Godrej / equivalent lock with keys and viewing lens will also be fixed.
• All Bedroom doors will be of single leaf both side commercial flush shutter fixed to country wood frames or any other suitable frames. The toilet cum bathroom doors will be single leaf both side commercial flush shutter with a PVC coat fixed to country wood frames or any other suitable frames. All bedrooms doors will have / cylindrical locks
