• Windows:All windows are good quality Burma Teak wood frames with safety grills and 4mm Pinhead glass and Burma Teak wood shutter with good quality powder coated fittings. Toilet doors with stainless steel fittings.
• Ventilators:All Teak wood ventilators with 12 mm dia M.S. rod / grills and glass sliders minimum 3’0” x 2’0” for all toilets.
• Hall:One open cupboard with cuddapah slab and one open R.C.C. loft at 7’0” height.
• Kitchen:Cooking platform with black granite 20 mm thick half rounded edge and black granite sink. Providing 1 no long body swan neck C.P. tap “Plumber” make for well water and Provision for Metro water. Glazed tiles dadooing 4’0” height along and above the platform.
