• Doors : Main door frameby padakwood and teak wood flush shutter with varnish finish and other door frames are country wood with flush shutter and enamel paint finish.
• Windows : Windows are all by padak wood with glazed shutter and grills.
• Toilet : One toilet with IWC (orisapan) and other toilet EWC and necessary C.P. Fittings in two bed room and in single unit one toilet with I.W.C
• Kitchen : Granite top for cooking platform with sink and glazed tiles cladding 2\'0\" height over grainte top with necessary water connection and C.P. Fittings.
• Electrical : Three phase electrical supply with necessary phase changer and distribution boaed. The switches are all by litaski tuff series.The wiring will be by rachana.
