• Structure: Framed structure designed as per requirement of earth quake zone II regulations.
• Facade Finishing: Walls are plastered to a smooth finish in the interior and stucco finish on exterior. Interior cement paint has two coats and a base coat on white cement while the exterior uses two coats of weather coat.
• Doors and windows: Main Door is of teak paneling and varnish finished. The other doors are of teak frame and OST plywood shutters with varnish finish window and country wood enamel finish.
• Flooring: Flooring used is 12"X12" plain ceramic tiles.
• Kitchen: Granite slabs are provided for the kitchen cooking platform and dado 8"X12" plain tiles for 2 0" height from counter top, and a single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board is also provided.
• Water Supply and Plumbing: One common bore well is provided and metro water connection will be obtained. Concealed plumbing lines, each toilet to provide one geyser point and hot & cold mixer for showers.
• Toilet: All toilets to have EWC fitting wall dados 8"X12" glazed tiles upto 7" height.
• Electrical: Concealed copper wiring with MK India Switches and three phase electrical connections with phase changer switches for each flat.
• Separate meter for lighting in common areas, lifts and pumps.
• Five passenger lift of reputed make will be provided.
• Each flat to be provided one covered car park.
• One letterbox for each flat will be provided at the entrance of the building.
• The common area outside the building shall be paved and suitably landscaped.
