• Drawing and dining with Marbonite tile flooring (basic cost not more than Rs.70/ Sft). Other rooms with vitrified tile flooring basic cost not more than Rs.55/- per Sft. (skirting provided suitably)
• Kitchen platform will be of high grade polished jet black granite top, stainless steel kitchen sink with drain board and dado about 2’.0” height above the platform (as per Promoter’s choice).
